In ‘ECHNO MACHINE’,
I explore the stages of love, navigating through its intricate layers, with each artwork serving as a reflection of these phases. Inspired by the culture richness of Vietnam and my personal journey, this exhibition offers viewers a transformative experience.
Through emotional circuits representing the stages of love, I invite viewers to witness the evolution from the intial spark of infatuation to the deep-rooted connection of lasting commitment. Music, intertwined seamlessly with each artwork, amplifies the emotional journey, thanks to the collaboration with music producer Nha Do.
The skilled photographers, Forrest Flanders and Yuchen Lin, have captured every moment. Kim, Yantong Zhou, and Lechen Zheng provided invaluable support, documenting behind-the-scenes moments and enriching the essence of the project. Additionally, Ngawonder’s artistic contributions, especially in creating postcard illustrations, have greatly enhanced the depth of the project.
‘ECHNO MACHINE’ invites viewers to contemplate the essence of human connection and the diverse expressions of love. As you immerse yourself in the art and music, I hope you discover resonance and inspiration, weaving your narrative within the tapestry, representing the stages of love presented.

‘ECHNO’ MACHINE
At the beginning of this journey stands ‘ECHNO’ MACHINE,
a claw game reimagined as a vessel of time and memory.
Drawn from a childhood name, it becomes both a container
of memory and a reflection of self. Each attempt retrieves
not only fragments of the past but also a gift of gratitude in
the present, honouring what was, cherishing what is, and
carrying it forward.
